It's 11:08pm EDT, I was working on a cool post, and was three paragraphs into it, when it disappeared.
Just. F^#%@&*ng. Disappeared.
Wha'happen'?
Posted by Tuning Spork at October 20, 2003 11:03 PMIt took a smoke break?
I hate it when that happens. I save major posts in Word or as an e-mail and then copy and paste into MT.
Posted by: Jennifer at October 21, 2003 01:36 AMI compose everything as a draft and save frequently. I have on more than one occasion hit the back button on the wrong browser window and poof! So with frequent saves, only a little is lost.
Posted by: Susie at October 21, 2003 01:51 AMNanovirus, maybe? Ask Daniel.
Posted by: Pixy Misa at October 21, 2003 03:08 AMI do a combination of what Susie and Jen do. After awhile, you get tired and it becomes near certain that you're going to click the wrong 'back' button.
Posted by: Ted at October 21, 2003 08:02 AMGas is a very powerful thing.
Posted by: LeeAnn at October 21, 2003 11:59 AMI did the back blunder once, and for a time did post in Word, but I figured I was careful enough now to just post at the login page. But the ting is: that's not what happened this time.
I had finished a paragraph and, as I stared at the screen forming the next sentence in my head, POOF!! Everything just vanished. I didn't do nuttin', man!
