I've read quite a few tributes since James Doohan passed away few days ago, but THIS ONE -- an obituary of Captain Mongomery Scott -- takes the cake scotch, neat.

Any good Trekkie would acknowledge that Scotty was one of the main reasons Kirk got to complete his 5 year mission. Of all the original characters, I will miss Scotty the most. And from everything I have read, James Doohan was just as an exceptional person as Scotty was.
