Mix:
1 cup of whipping cream
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Whip with a blender/electric whisk until it's whipped cream.
Mix with a drained can of sliced peaches.
Eat.
"Non-dairy whipped topping" is for slackers. Trust me!

And if you go to the trouble of making your own whipped happiness, may I suggest that berries are a better vehicle than any fruit coming out of a can? Even frozen berries.
Yep, I also had it with some yummy juicy strawberries. I have canned peaches because this time of year most of the peaches I find are too firm and tasteless. I plan on topping it some gingerbread this weekend, too. mmmmm.
